UNDERSTANDING THE PELVIC FLOOR
Pelvic floor muscles play an important role in sexual function. Strengthening these muscles can reduce pelvic pain during sex and increase the ability of achieving pleasurable sensations. During pregnancy, pelvic floor muscles support the baby and assist in the birthing process. Pregnancy and childbirth can cause the pelvic floor muscles to weaken.
Working out when pregnant can be a little confusing sometimes – I mean, what’s ok and what’s not? Most exercises are safe and even beneficial for you and your baby while expecting. As a health and fitness professional I want to help you move, eat and live better. To achieve this I work alongside highly qualified professionals to provide the knowledge and skills to help you reach your goal.
An amazing coach specialized in pre and post-natal training (strengthening, building or maintaining stamina, healthy weight gain, quick recovery after pregnancy and pelvic floor exercises). I started to train with Stefy when I was 14 weeks pregnant and now I am 32 weeks I see lot of improvement. I feel energized, strong and always in a good mood. (I do some yoga classes online as well, but I find them less effective). I will definitely continue the training with her once I have my baby boy.
I am Danah Baddar sports officer at higher colleges of technology. I invited Stefany to several events related to womens health in our colleges and every time she showed an amazing work ethic well educated and experienced in her field. I would recommend all expecting mothers and women who want to start their fitness journey with Stefany. She motivates women to keep going through one of the hardest times in a woman’s life (prenatal & postnatal).

Highly recommend Stefany. Great understanding of your body’s limits and restrictions postpartum. The program is brilliant for core and pelvic floor awareness and activation, as well as pelvic floor release.
