PRENATAL & POSTNATAL TRAINING

Working out when pregnant can be a little confusing sometimes–I mean, what is OK and what is not? Though there are a few exercises that should be avoided during pregnancy, a lot of workouts are totally safe not to mention beneficial for you and your baby while you’re expecting. 

Pregnancy and childbirth can cause the pelvic floor muscles to weaken, and so can other factors like age, obesity, heavy lifting, and chronic coughing. Weak pelvic floor muscles can cause:

  • Incontinence 
  • Uncontrollable passing of wind 
  • Painful sex

Pelvic floor muscle training is a proven conservative treatment or preventive for pelvic organ prolapse.

Tanya believes that exercise is an important factor in our lives which keeps us healthy and strong – both physically and mentally. Tanya has unmatched knowledge and skills in the filled of physical therapy and occupational therapy. Tanya is certified to teach pre- and post-natal group classes. Tanya specializes in core and pelvic floor strengthening by combining various techniques and approaches based on the client’s needs.

Olha is originally from Ukraine, Personal trainer L3 and specialist in Gymnastics, Acrobatics and Kick boxing. From her younger age participate in fitness competitions and performance worldwide and develop the passion and skills to educate and transmit to her clients the perfect options to reach their goal.
