Mona is Canadian of Arab origin, she is a Personal trainer with specialised modification for scoliosis ,Pre/post natal, pelvic floor issues, Pilates, Barre, Reformer, Yoga, swing instructor with a background of life coaching.
Yoga was introduced to her at a young age, later Pilates.
Having received the qualifications from London, Dubai, and India respectively and have taught classes to groups and individuals since.
Later completed nutritional therapy courses as well as anatomy and physiology courses, further deepening knowledge and awareness of physical movement and impacts on the human body. Helping women after birth to reform their body and get back into shape in a healthy mindfulness way.
She feels the best part of her job is connecting with clients in helping them achieve their physical, spiritual, or mental goals, by providing them a safe environment in which they can learn about their bodies and distress.
