As your body is undergoing so much change in the first few months, it’s important to recognise when your own body is ready.
Until your pelvic floor muscles have strengthened through exercise, avoid running, jumping, lifting heavy weights.
If you do high-intensity exercise with a weak pelvic floor, you could cause damage you cannot reverse. Contact us to discuss the best time to begin your journey post-pregnancy.

Talk to your GP before starting exercise if you had:
> a caesarean section
> a delay in your stitches healing
> problems with your wound
> infections in your womb or your wound
> postpartum haemorrhage – a rare complication during birth

Yes, we can offer private 1:1 sessions in person or online and also cater for a group of friends.

I would like to recommend you all an amazing coach specialized on pre and post-natal training (strengthening, building or maintaining stamina, healthy weight gain, quick recovery after pregnancy and pelvic floor exercises, etc.).

I started to train with Stefy when I was 14th weeks pregnant and now I am 32nd week I have to say I see lot of improvement. I feel energized, strong and always in the good mood. (I do some yoga classes online as well, but I find them less effective).

I will definitely continue the training with her once I have my baby boy.
