I started to train with Stefy when I was 14th weeks pregnant and now I am 32nd week I have to say I see lot of improvement. I feel energized, strong and always in the good mood. (I do some yoga classes online as well, but I find them less effective).
I will definitely continue the training with her once I have my baby boy.
